Opening Spring/Summer 2026
Every part of this cabin has a story behind it. From milling our own wood for the frame and siding to putting up the walls by hand, it’s been built with time, patience, and heart.
The structure is up, insulation is in, and the wood stove is installed to keep it warm through the colder months. Now that the snow has melted, we’re back at it.
We’ve started again on the interior with bunk beds built in and the kitchenette cabinets underway. We’ll be finishing it with open shelving to keep things simple and functional.
The space is coming together with everything guests will need — a small propane stove, an apartment-size fridge, a hide-a-bed couch for extra sleeping, a Lazy Boy to relax in, and a tall table that doubles as both a dining space and extra prep area for cooking.
Once the cupboards are finished, we’ll be moving on to the roof. After that, we’ll be updating the deck and completing the siding — bringing the whole place together, one step at a time.
We’re planning to open for bookings in Spring or Summer 2026, and I’ll keep sharing updates as we go.
Every step brings us closer to welcoming people into something we’ve built with our own hands. It’s not just a cabin — it’s a piece of who we are, built board by board.
